WARNING: These steps are challenging, but HIGHLY effective.

IF you do these, I can absolutely guarantee results in your life.

11. Include “white space” in your daily life.

If you have so much going on that you can hardly breathe, open up a little space in your calendar so you can let your beauty shine.  Make sure there’s room for the feelings you desire to flow in.

Say No to at least one thing that doesn’t feel totally congruent to you.

Right away, before you chicken out! If you want some help, check out this quote by Kate Northrup: “Saying yes to everything cheapens your yes. ” Simple, right? You’ve got this.

12. Listen for your soul’s truth.

Become aware of who and what in your life does not genuinely encourage your aliveness. Listen for the answer – there is gold, energy and power here.  Take in these alchemical words from David Whyte: “Anything or anyone that does not bring you alive is too small for you.”

13. Allow your spirit to expand.

Consider this quote by Rainer Maria Rilke: “I want to unfold.  I don’t want to stay folded anywhere, because where I am folded, I am a lie.”  We all have spaces where we’ve lived folded so long that we’ve forgotten we ARE folded.  Find a space where you’ve made yourself smaller than you know you are intended to be, and choose at least one way to actually do something about it.

14. Liberate yourself from fear.

Take in one of the guiding principles of my life as quoted by Marianne Williamson: “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.  It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.  We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous.’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.  You playing small does not serve the world.  There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.  We are all meant to shine, as children do.  We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us, and it’s not just in some of us.  It’s in everyone.  And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.  As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

Soak this in for a moment. Notice how good it feels to consider that as we unfold and move into greater aliveness, our actions support other people in moving healthier, more fulfilling space.  Nothing’s more beautiful than that!

15. Enlist supportive Goddesses.

Find accountability buddies – women who can truly hold you in a space of unconditionalInviting-Aphrodite-FB-Banner-2-300x200

Whether you’re setting aside an hour or a day, it makes a huge difference knowing that other people are encouraging follow-through.
