How to Feel Better Now with Your Inner Alchemist

keys to feel better nowFeel better now! Discover secrets to connecting with your inner alchemist with this love letter:

Hello My Love, do you want to feel better? This is for you!

It’s been a challenging week around here…maybe for you as well?
I’ve had to throw dearly held plans right out the window in order to make wise decisions. I know I’m not the only one.

Maybe you have a situation right now (or two…or three…) which requires some uncomfortable piloting.

I’ll tell you straight up – adjustments on the fly are NOT my idea of a good time. I’m a huge fan of having a darn good idea about what’s going to happen. Especially when it’s something I’ve worked for. Delightful surprises are most welcome, of course, but not the sucky variety!

Thankfully, I know there are gifts hidden within the…well…sucky parts.
I also know paying attention to a few keys will unlock magic within your life and help you feel better fast.

Here’s the deal.
You have within you an inner alchemist.
It’s true. We all do!

Brilliant Alchemical Voices To Inspire Your World

In a world overflowing with noise, it is a great pleasure to be able to share alchemical voices that encourage a soul-felt YES!

A  perfect message in light of the world’s pain is outstandingly shared by Parker J. Palmer at OnBeing.org in Heartbreak, Violence and Hope for New Life:

My heart is stretched every time I’m able to take in life’s little deaths without an anesthetic: a friendship gone sour, a mean-spirited critique of my work, failure at a task that was important to me. I can also exercise my heart by taking in life’s little joys: a small kindness from a stranger, the sound of a distant train reviving childhood memories, the infectious giggle of a two-year-old as I “hide” and then “leap out” from behind cupped hands. Taking all of it in — the good and the bad alike — is a form of exercise that slowly transforms my clenched fist of a heart into an open hand.

Freedom! carefree childhoodDid you know? Our International Day of Happiness is today!

I get my happy on this time every year on March 20th because Vernal Equinox is coming right up in my neck of the woods.  But the United Nation’s decision in 2012 to establish our International Day of Happiness gives us extra reasons to delight – Happy Day is designed to remind us to “celebrate unity and call on the international community to recognize the need for a more inclusive, equitable and balanced approach to economic growth that promotes sustainable development, poverty eradication, happiness and the well-being of all peoples.
